Gilbert’s Heritage District Embarks on New $ 10 Million Dollar Project

In the summer of 2008, the building of a new $10 million dollar mixed-used complex, featuring residential, retail and commercial space, is scheduled to commence. This center, to be called” Heritage Marketplace,” will give Gilbert’s downtown area contemporary shopping and leisure options, along with adding jobs and economic development.
